We have finally released our first Public beta with the new mod. We also have a dedicated server for playing it! Our dedicated server will show up in the list as “Metroid Online Official Server”

I’m afraid I have a problem. It keeps saving it as a Windows Media File, and I can’t get it to save as a MAP file. Was there any trouble in loading this map or in anything related to this map?
No. A .rar file requires WinRAR, or 7zip, to un”zip” it. This may be your problem. Inside there are two files, one is a .map file, the other is a readme.
I forgot that since they are rar’d up, they require an additional program to extract. Hope all goes well for you from this point! Use this website if you don’t feel like using those aforementioned programs: http://unzip.wapshare.us/.
Thank you. You’re right: I forgot that rar progs need to be unzipped. I’ll be on the server shortly.
Ignore my last comment: WapShare requires a mobile phone to unzip, according to their info page….

I played it on my own, because the server wasn’t up.
It looks good anyway, except that the doors aren’t aligned correctly to the map, and that the radar doesn’t look right either. The rest is awesome though.

Hey, the maps aren’t perfect. But you’d be hard pressed to find better Metroid maps anywhere else on the net. These guys know what they’re doing.
well yesterday i got my hands on halo ce and this frist thing i did was play your teams maps i must say you guys really kicked some ass making these maps.on Maridia you guys really did a work of art i love the spazr and froce beams even my fav the supermissile these maps made me want to go hook up my game cube right now but this is the best moving,looking,orignal mod i have ever seen and i thank you guys for the work you have been thru cause now i enjoy metroid and well as halo my two fav games your fans love you
another thing i was wondering if you guys are still going to use your metroid mods to puts a spin on the halo campain

They’re are doing some work on a solo map, but the majority of their focus is on the multiplayer maps.

oh and one more thing i have an idea for the M-team prime2 echos had a small Multiyplayer and these maps where goods check them out they might give you ideas
ekimtalcha11, thats a good suggestion, but I think you oughta wait for what they have planned.
And Seraphim, I strongly suggest you shut down the Metroid Online Public Server. I’ve talked to several people, and I have reason to believe that someone MAY have installed a program to hack the server. I say this, because I used a specially modified SightJack that detects cheaters and hacking programs, and it looks like this “AutoBOT” program targets name specified players, or more precisely, people with names like Samus Aran or Dark Samus. You do not need to take my word for it, but I still suggest that you shut it down until you release the next map.
